Custom Internet Services provides a range of IT services including cybersecurity, data protection, data backup, networking, web systems, and training. Many of the services provided to healthcare organizations and their business associates involves access to systems that contain protected health information. Custom Internet Services is therefore classed as a business associate and is required to comply with certain provisions of the HIPAA Rules.
To ensure the company was fully compliant with the HIPAA Rules, Custom Internet Services partnered with Compliancy Group.
