The speech and sentiment analytics software firm Daisee has been confirmed as having implemented an effective HIPAA compliance program by Compliancy Group.

The company is a world leader in AI-driven speech and sentiment analytics and has developed a solution that provides automated quality management of customer interactions to determine what customers are really saying, thinking, and feeling. When the solution is used by U.S. healthcare organizations, it is possible that it comes into contact with PHI, which means Daisee acts in the capacity of a business associate and must therefore comply with the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
To ensure Daisee was fully compliant with all appropriate provisions of the HIPAA Rules, the company partnered with Compliance Group. Daisee used Compliancy Group’s compliance tracking software solution (The Guard) and its Implementation Program to ensure the company was in compliance with the regulatory standards governing the security, privacy, and integrity of sensitive healthcare data.
