Whitefish Bay, WI-based Paramount Counseling Services (PCS), an outpatient based mental health agency offering counseling and psychotherapy services, has demonstrated compliance with the Rules of the Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the requirements of the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act.
